Triple-Drug attack before surgery shows promise against tough head & neck cancer

Summary
This study tests whether giving three drugs together before surgery can better shrink advanced head and neck tumors. About 30 adults with stage III/IVA cancer will receive the combination for 6-12 weeks, then have surgery. Researchers will check how many patients have no cancer left after treatment and how long they stay cancer-free.
