Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (sintilimab, nimotuzumab, and chemotherapy) followed by radiation with nimotuzumab in 23 adults with advanced head and neck cancer. The main goal is to see if this approach can help preserve the larynx (voice box) three months after treatment. Participants must have a type of cancer that tests positive for EGFR and have not had prior treatment.
