NCT ID NCT07524452
First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (becotatug vedotin) to standard immunotherapy works better than immunotherapy alone for people with a certain type of advanced head and neck cancer that can be removed by surgery. About 430 adults with EGFR-positive, CPS≥1 tumors will receive either the combination or immunotherapy alone before and after surgery. The goal is to see if the combination helps keep cancer from coming back longer.
