Summary
This study is for people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. Researchers are testing a new drug combined with standard chemotherapy to find the highest safe dose. The goal is to control the disease and improve outcomes, not to cure it. About 40 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
