New hope for tough lymphoma: drug cocktails aim to beat relapse

Summary
This study tests new combinations of drugs for people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 129 participants will receive either a new drug combo or standard therapy to see which works better at shrinking tumors. The goal is to find more effective options for this hard-to-treat cancer.
