Four-Drug attack plus precision radiation targets tough lung cancer

NCT ID NCT06775743

Summary

This study is testing a new combination treatment for people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation) and has stopped responding to their first treatment. It combines four drugs (an immunotherapy, a blood vessel blocker, and two chemotherapies) with a very precise, high-dose form of radiation. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can better control the cancer's growth and extend life for patients who have run out of standard options.
