Three-Drug attack aims to shrink 'Cold' tumors for surgery

NCT ID NCT07446465

Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Ye Xu Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing whether combining three different types of drugs—chemotherapy, an immunotherapy drug, and a targeted therapy—can shrink advanced colorectal tumors enough to make surgery possible. The treatment is for patients whose cancer cannot be removed by surgery when first diagnosed and who have a common type that usually doesn't respond well to immunotherapy alone. The main goal is to see if this combination can successfully convert inoperable cancer into operable cancer.
