New hope for advanced colon cancer patients after standard treatment fails

Summary
This study is testing two new drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has continued to grow despite standard first-line treatment. It aims to see if these combinations can help control the cancer and are safe for patients. The trial will enroll about 126 participants who will receive the drugs through an IV.
