Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs for people with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment includes chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver, an oral targeted therapy, and an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or eliminate tumors in 30 participants who have not received prior systemic therapy.
