New hope for tough blood cancer: trial tests Two-Drug attack

NCT ID NCT07288814

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, mitoxantrone liposome and enlonstobart, for adults with a type of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of the combination and to see how well it works at shrinking the cancer. This is an early-phase study (Phase 1b/2) that will enroll about 43 participants who have already tried other standard therapies.
