New hope for Tough-to-Treat adrenal cancer

NCT ID NCT05036434

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab (given by IV) and lenvatinib (taken as a pill), can help control advanced adrenal cancer that has continued to grow despite standard chemotherapy. It will involve about 30 adult patients who have already tried other treatments. The main goal is to see if this new combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing further.
