New hope for advanced colon cancer patients in major trial

NCT ID NCT07462143

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called RC148, when combined with standard chemotherapy, works better than the current standard treatment for advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It will involve about 700 adults who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer. The main goal is to see if the new combination helps shrink tumors more effectively and is safe for patients.
