New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer: trial tests promising drug duos
NCT ID NCT07261709
Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of oral drugs works as well as a standard treatment for advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to previous therapies. Researchers will compare two different drug pairs in 236 patients to see which helps control cancer growth longer with fewer side effects. The trial is for people whose cancer has spread and no longer responds to standard chemotherapy.
