New hope for colorectal cancer patients who run out of options

NCT ID NCT05990543

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, nelmastobart and capecitabine, is safe and effective for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or returned. It's specifically for patients whose cancer has stopped responding to or who cannot tolerate two common chemotherapy drugs. The trial will first find the safest dose, then see how well the combination works at controlling the cancer.
