NCT ID NCT04068610

Summary

This study is testing whether adding new, experimental drugs to standard chemotherapy can better control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. It involves 61 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer who have not yet received treatment for their advanced disease. The research first checks the safety of the new combinations and then measures how well they work to shrink tumors and slow the cancer's progression.
