New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

NCT ID NCT07391566

Summary

This study is testing a new oral drug, LPM6690176, to see if it is safe and effective when added to standard chemotherapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and has a specific genetic change (RAS mutation). The first part of the study will find the safest dose, and the second part will compare the new combination to standard treatment to see if it works better. It is for adults who have either not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer or whose first treatment stopped working.
