Summary
This study is testing a new drug called TGRX-678 for adults with chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who have not responded well to or could not tolerate at least three standard treatments. The trial will compare TGRX-678 against other standard leukemia drugs chosen by doctors to see which works better and is safer. It aims to help patients who have very limited treatment options left.
