Summary

This study is testing an experimental oral drug called NX-5948 for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works differently than previous medications by completely removing a key cancer-driving protein. Researchers want to see if this approach helps control the cancer in people who have already tried and failed two other types of targeted therapies.
