Summary
This study compares two types of clear plastic aligners used to straighten teeth. Researchers want to see if new 3D-printed aligners work as well as standard thermoformed aligners at moving teeth to their planned positions. The trial will involve 36 people with mild to moderate teeth crowding or spacing who need aligner treatment.

The sample will be recruited from multicentre clinics (Private dental clinic, Orthodontic Department at Karbala Governmental Specialized Dental Centre, Orthodontic Department, College of Dentistry University of Baghdad).
