Direct-to-Tumor chemo trial aims to boost cancer control
NCT ID NCT07333053
Summary
This study is testing if delivering chemotherapy directly into the arteries feeding a tumor is more effective than standard IV chemotherapy for controlling inoperable colorectal cancer. Researchers will compare the two methods in 30 patients to see which leads to better tumor shrinkage and disease control. The goal is to see if this targeted approach can improve outcomes for patients who cannot have surgery.
