Experimental cell injection aims to fight aggressive blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new cell-based treatment for adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard therapies. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will track how patients do for up to two years after receiving the injection.
