Off-the-Shelf immune cells battle tough leukemia in new trial
NCT ID NCT04150497
Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called UCART22 for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and see if the treatment can help control the cancer. UCART22 uses specially engineered immune cells from a donor, designed to find and attack the patient's leukemia cells.
