Scientists turn Patient's own blood cells into Cancer-Fighting troops
NCT ID NCT07198659
Summary
This is a very early study to see if a new, personalized treatment is safe for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors will take a patient's own white blood cells, load them with a cancer drug, and put them back into the body to attack the tumor. The main goals are to check for side effects and get a first look at whether this approach might help shrink tumors.
