Summary
This study is testing a new, pre-loaded lens and delivery system designed to make cataract surgery simpler and more reliable. It involves 200 adults aged 40+ who need cataract surgery, checking if the system helps patients see clearly without glasses and is easy for surgeons to use. The main goals are to see if patients achieve excellent vision and if the system has a low rate of errors or complications.
