Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for adults with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also look for early signs that the therapy might help control the cancer.
