New hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma: trial tests Next-Gen cell therapy

NCT ID NCT06486051

Summary

This trial is testing a new, experimental CAR-T cell therapy called WZTL-002 for people with aggressive large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to see how well the therapy works to eliminate the cancer and to understand its safety, particularly the risk of side effects affecting brain function. About 60 participants will have their own immune cells collected, modified to fight cancer, and then re-infused after a short course of chemotherapy.
