Scientists test 'Ready-Made' cell therapy for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary
This is an early-stage safety study testing a new type of cell therapy called P-CD19CD20-ALLO1 for adults with aggressive B-cell lymphomas that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses genetically modified immune cells from a donor (not the patient) to target and fight the cancer. Researchers will give increasing doses to up to 120 participants to find the safest and most effective amount.
