Summary

This study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called AZD0120 in people with AL amyloidosis that has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to target and destroy the harmful cells causing the disease. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can lead to a complete response, meaning no detectable disease in the blood.
