Virus therapy tested as new weapon against tough cancers
NCT ID NCT07190833
Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety of a new treatment called OTS-412, a modified virus designed to attack cancer cells. It will be tested alone and in combination with other drugs (hydroxyurea and atezolizumab) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and see how the body handles the treatment.
