Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety of a new treatment called OTS-412, a virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells. It will be given alone or combined with other drugs to 24 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The main goal is to find safe doses and see how well the body tolerates this experimental approach.
