Experimental cancer injection seeks to boost immune attack on tumors

NCT ID NCT05901285

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new drug called VAX014, which is injected directly into tumors. Researchers want to see if VAX014, alone or combined with standard immunotherapy drugs, can help the body's immune system fight advanced cancers. The study will enroll 43 adults with solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments.
