Experimental radiation treatment targets elusive cancers

NCT ID NCT07434180

Summary

This study tests whether a new targeted radiation therapy called Lu-177 FAP-2286 can help treat Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP), where doctors can't find where the cancer started. The treatment delivers radiation directly to cancer cells using a special targeting molecule. The trial will enroll 20 patients whose cancer has worsened after standard chemotherapy and who have specific markers on their tumors.
