New 'Find and Fight' cancer drug enters first human tests
NCT ID NCT06911489
Summary
This is an early-stage safety study for a new two-part cancer treatment system. It first uses a radioactive imaging drug (68Ga-NRT6020) to 'find' tumors that have a specific marker called FAP. Then, a related radioactive treatment drug (177Lu-NRT6020) is given to try to 'fight' those tumors. The trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors who have no other standard treatment options left.
