Summary

This study is testing a new radioactive drug called [212Pb]Pb-DOTAM-MAM279 in adults with advanced small cell lung cancer and other hard-to-treat solid tumors. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors. The drug is designed to deliver radiation directly to cancer cells that have a specific marker called DLL3.
