Summary
This clinical trial is testing an experimental oral medication called JAB-30355 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation called TP53 Y220C. The study aims to determine the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors in patients who have already tried at least one other treatment. Researchers will enroll 144 participants to evaluate both safety and early signs of effectiveness.
