Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called Spevatamig (PT886) in people with advanced cancers of the stomach, pancreas, and bile ducts. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the body handles the drug. It will be tested alone and in combination with standard chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
