New pill targets tough cancers in first human trial
NCT ID NCT06328439
Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral medication called ANS014004 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 40 adults whose cancer has a specific genetic change called a MET alteration and has stopped responding to standard treatments.
