Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BL-B01D1 for people with advanced solid tumors, including gynecological cancers that have returned or spread. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
