New Two-Pronged cancer drug enters human testing
NCT ID NCT04140500
Summary
This early-stage clinical trial is testing a new experimental drug called RO7247669 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 170 participants with specific cancers like melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and esophageal cancer who have few or no other treatment options left.
