Summary
This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug ABSK131 in people. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if it helps control advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called MTAP deficiency. It will enroll 266 adults with various solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options.
