First patients to try new pill targeting Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral medication called JMKX005425. It aims to find a safe dose and see if it helps control advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic markers (MSI-H or dMMR). The study will enroll about 102 patients to check for side effects and early signs that the drug is working.
