Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BI 764532 for adults with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine cancers that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. BI 764532 is an antibody-like treatment designed to help the body's own immune cells find and attack cancer cells.
