Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and side effects of a new oral drug called MK-4716 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS alteration. The drug will be tested both by itself and in combination with other approved cancer therapies. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the drug moves through the body.
