Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called BL-M24D1 in patients with advanced head and neck cancer or other solid tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the drug moves through the body, and check for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors. Researchers are recruiting a small group of patients to carefully monitor how they respond to different dose levels.
