Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called BL-M24D1 in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors that have spread. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
