Groundbreaking first test of experimental cancer pill begins in patients

NCT ID NCT06739291

Summary

This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug SIGX1094R in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check if it causes tumors to shrink. The study will enroll 102 adults and includes testing whether taking the pill with food affects how it works.
