First patients receive experimental cancer drug targeting tough tumors

Summary
This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug M3554 in people. The study aims to find safe doses and check early signs of effectiveness in adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma or glioblastoma brain cancer that has worsened after standard treatments. Participants will receive the drug to see how their bodies handle it and if it helps control their cancer.
