New hope for advanced cancer patients after standard treatments fail

Summary
This study is testing two new drug approaches for people with advanced bladder cancer and other solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It will enroll 52 participants to see if either a single drug (SI-B003) or a combination of two drugs (BL-B01D1+SI-B003) can shrink tumors and control the disease. The main goals are to measure how well the tumors respond and to monitor side effects to determine the safest and most effective dose.
