Summary
This is a very early-stage study to test the safety and side effects of a new drug called BL-B01D1 in adults with advanced cancers that have spread and have no standard treatment options. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. It will involve a small number of participants with advanced urinary tract tumors or other solid tumors.
