Summary

This study is testing a new drug, PF-07248144, to see if it is safe and can help control advanced cancers that have spread. It will be given to about 320 people with advanced breast, prostate, or lung cancer, both by itself and combined with other cancer drugs. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can slow or stop cancer growth.
